Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you'd like to order from outside the US, contact us at nurtino@protonmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

Shipping is free on all US orders. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at nurtino@protonmail.com and we'll make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
