1-Year Warranty

Every Nurtino Bamboo Puppy Play Gym is backed by a 1-year limited warranty. If something fails because of how it was made, we'll fix it with a replacement part or a new gym, and we pay to ship it to you.

Who is covered and for how long

This warranty covers the original purchaser of a Nurtino Bamboo Puppy Play Gym bought from nurtino.com or an authorized Nurtino seller. It lasts for 1 year from the date your order is delivered. It is not transferable. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

What is covered

Frame, hardware and suction cups: 1 year

We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use of:

• the bamboo frame (legs and A-frame sides),
• the crossbar,
• the joints and connectors,
• the assembly hardware,
• the 5 suction cups.

Examples of defects we cover: a leg, crossbar or joint that cracks or splits with normal use, hardware that is missing, stripped or won't hold, a connector that won't lock, or a suction cup that is torn or won't grip a smooth, sealed floor.

Hanging toys: 30 days

The 7 hanging toys are chew toys. Chewing, tugging and fraying are what they are for, so normal wear and chew damage are not defects. We cover the toys against defects that are present on arrival or show up within 30 days of delivery, such as a toy that arrives torn, a seam that opens with light play, or a missing or broken clip or loop.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including chew marks, scratches and fraying on toys after the first 30 days.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or using the gym for anything other than puppy play.
• Chewing damage from adult dogs or other animals beyond normal puppy use.
• Products that have been modified, repaired by someone else, or assembled with parts that did not come from Nurtino.
• Damage from moisture, outdoor use, heat sources, or cleaning with harsh chemicals.
• Natural changes to bamboo that don't affect how the gym works, such as color variation, grain differences, darkening or fading over time.
• Suction cups that don't grip on carpet, textured, porous or unsealed surfaces.
• The Nurtino training app. App access is covered by our Terms of Service, not by this warranty.
• Indirect or consequential losses, such as damage to floors or other property.

What we'll do

If your claim is approved, we'll send you a replacement part or a replacement gym. We choose which one based on the problem. We pay to ship the replacement to you. In most cases you won't need to send anything back. If we do need the defective part, we'll send you a prepaid label.

If the part or product is no longer available, we'll replace it with one of equal or better value. A replacement is covered for the rest of your original warranty period.

How to make a claim

1. Email nurtino@protonmail.com with the subject line "Warranty claim".
2. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and a clear photo or short video that shows it.
3. We reply within 1–2 business days. Once your claim is approved, we ship your replacement.

Warranty and returns

This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and doesn't replace it. If you simply change your mind, you can return the gym within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. The warranty is for defects, and it covers you for the full year.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
